About The Position

The Remarketing Sales Specialist will be responsible for remarketing all in-auction lots for finance, fleet, and rental consigners. This role involves utilizing internal and external valuation tools for accurate inventory pricing, developing a buyer network for off-the-block sales, and consulting with clients and account managers on pricing recommendations based on market insights. Key duties also include researching market trends for various vehicle types, processing sell and counterbidding requests, maximizing profitability through negotiations with buyers, managing accounts, performing data entry, and building and maintaining relationships with vehicle sellers and buyers through phone and potential in-person visits. The specialist will also research, respond to, and resolve customer issues and concerns.

Requirements

  • In depth knowledge of automotive wholesale and retail pricing software
  • Minimum of two (2) years of account management experience required
  • Must be highly skilled in organizing and prioritizing workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to prepare and make professional presentations to clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Have a general understanding of B2B interface technology

Nice To Haves

  • Previous retail or customer service skills preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish verbal and written – plus
  • Experience working with Finance, Fleet and Rental Car companies preferred

Responsibilities

  • Remarket all in auction lots for our finance, fleet and rental consigners
  • Use internal and external valuation tools to accurately price inventory
  • Create a buyer network based on inventory acquisition history for off the block sales opportunities
  • Consult with clients and account managers on pricing recommendations based on current market insights as needed
  • Research market trends for automotive, commercial vehicle and equipment, mobile homes, ATV's and motorcycles etc.
  • Report and process sell and counterbidding requests from consigners
  • Maximizes profitability through negotiating individual and bulk inventory with local and overseas buyers
  • Manage Accounts
  • Data Entry
  • Maintain relationships via phone and potentially in-person visits
  • Build relationships and trust with vehicle sellers and buyers
  • Utilize all appropriate means to research, respond and resolve customer issues and concerns
