About The Position

The Remarketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for performing administrative duties to facilitate all repossessed titles from our titling platform to in house, out to the selling location.

Requirements

• Preferred Remarketing experience in the auto finance industry (non-prime or sub-prime).
• Title state knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with vendors in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner.
• Available to work a flexible work schedule and some Saturdays.
• Detail oriented and organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with Auto IMS, IAA CSA Today, Copart, and RDN is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Properly document account information including but not limited to title status updates.
• Review and check in daily titles that have been received in Remarketing.
• Process repossession certificates for all non repossession required states.
• Facilitate and work with third-party tag agencies to complete all state-required repossession titles.
• Ensure that all in-house titles are being processed and shipped out to auctions once NOI's have expired.
• Facilitate open communication between the vendors and employees to create efficiency.
• Prepare daily title manifest for titles being shipped to auction houses.
• Work with Corporate Titles Department, Multiple State Department of Motor Vehicles, and Independent State agencies to correct titles, such as odometer discrepancies, VLT Stops, and DOJ records on titles.
• Other duties as assigned.
