About The Position

The Remanufacturing Lead will be responsible for assisting the Cooler Remanufacturing Team with the continued operation of the daily Cooler Finish Line process. The Lead will be responsible for completing daily orders, training, and Quality Control. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide a team, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The Lead will also support the development and continuous improvement of departmental processes.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, speak and write English and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate manual hand pallet jack.
  • Follow direction of team leadership
  • Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
  • Computer experience.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • High school diploma or general education degree or a suitable combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Cooler Remanufacturing Process with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Repeated sitting, standing on cement floors, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, carrying, up to 35 lbs.
  • Work performed on cement floors in a warehouse environment.
  • Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, twist, reach, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight
  • Ability to operate assigned equipment
  • Ability to verbally communicate to exchange information.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the Company Safety Policy.
  • Evaluate and assist with the performance of production personnel.
  • Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and process.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate production and quality issues.
  • Report unusual conditions or circumstances to supervisor.
  • Managing supply and inventory levels.
  • Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Multitask while assisting team members as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
