The driver is also responsible for resolving customer problems and complaints, responding to calls safely and timely, and using the company's system for transactions, payments, balancing route activities, following daily and am/pm procedures, and maintaining customer data. Protecting company assets, including equipment and payments, and ensuring customer safety through diligent performance of duties are also crucial. A full license check will be conducted, and the license must remain clear of any infractions.
