About The Position
The position involves managing a delivery route after completing the necessary training. The primary responsibilities include picking up and delivering customer wheels, which requires the ability to jack up cars to remove and reinstall wheels. The role emphasizes providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the company's growth through acquiring new customers. The employee will safely operate a company vehicle, delivering an average of 30+ wheels with tires per day, with each tire and wheel weighing approximately 50 pounds. Additionally, the employee will resolve customer problems or complaints and respond to customer calls in a safe and timely manner. The position also requires using the company’s processes and systems to manage customer transactions and payments, balancing all route activities, and maintaining customer data. Protecting company assets, including equipment collection and payments, is crucial, as is performing all duties safely to protect customers. A full license check will be conducted, and the employee's license must remain clear of any infractions.
