Role description: Arcadis is seeking a Relocation Agent in or around Jackson, TN . with significant relocation assistance (Residential/Business) experience following the Uniform Act. Should also be able to conduct/complete property management functions, title reports, closing assistance, and perform negotiations. Role accountabilities: The Relocation Agent will have significant relocation assistance (Residential/Business) experience following the Uniform Act. Conduct/complete property management functions, title reports, closing assistance, and perform negotiations. Recognize when to escalate title issues. Ability to work independently, communicate and document effectively, and handle large volumes of work. Ability to prioritize assignments Attention to detail and quality of work Qualifications & Experience:
Requirements
- 7 years of relevant work experience with 5-years of residential relocation experience following the Uniform Act
- Ability to become pre-qualified with TDOT within 1 month
Nice To Haves
- Commercial relocation experience following the Uniform Act preferred
- Knowledge of title examination, acquisition, closing and property management preferred
