About The Position

Arcadis is seeking a Relocation Agent in or around Jackson, TN. with significant
relocation assistance (Residential/Business) experience following the Uniform
Act. Should also be able to conduct/complete property management functions,
title reports, closing assistance, and perform negotiations.

Requirements

• 7 years of relevant work experience with 5-years of residential relocation experience following the Uniform Act
• Ability to become pre-qualified with TDOT within 1 month

Nice To Haves

• Commercial relocation experience following the Uniform Act preferred
• Knowledge of title examination, acquisition, closing and property management preferred

Responsibilities

• The Relocation Agent will have significant relocation assistance (Residential/Business) experience following the Uniform Act.
• Conduct/complete property management functions, title reports, closing assistance, and perform negotiations.
• Recognize when to escalate title issues.
• Ability to work independently, communicate and document effectively, and handle large volumes of work.
• Ability to prioritize assignments
• Attention to detail and quality of work
