Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brake endorsement.
Valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate in accordance with FMCSA Part 391.41.
Minimum 1 year of Class A commercial driving experience required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Manual transmission experience required (no automatic restrictions).
Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new delivery routes, customer locations, and delivery schedules.
Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in food/beverage delivery and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide coverage for assigned routes during vacations, absences, peak demand periods, or staffing shortages.
Safely load, transport, and unload products at designated customer locations.
Operate a commercial vehicle along established routes to deliver, stock, and stage products.
Set up promotional displays and deliver marketing materials as needed.
Verify shipment accuracy and ensure product is in saleable condition upon delivery.
Address and resolve customer concerns or discrepancies in a professional manner.
Collect empty containers, returns, and unsold merchandise for processing.
Ensure accurate completion of all route paperwork, inventory counts, and delivery documentation regardless of route assignment.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Assist with basic truck maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle activity as required by DOT.
Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude at all times.
Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting start times, routes, and work locations as needed to support operational requirements.
