POSITION OVERVIEW: The Relief Residential Support Staff is an employee hired on a needed basis to provide coverage when regular full-time or part-time employees are not working their regularly scheduled shift due to vacation, illness, paid holiday(s) or any other requested or required absence. The Relief Residential Support Staff will provide residential care participants/residents in any of our residential programs. These programs include Les Marquis Family Emergency Shelter, Banyan House Transitional Housing Facility, El Chante Substance Use Disorder Men’s Recovery Home, and Sally’s Place Peer Respite Home. The Relief Residential Support Staff works with our participants/residents by providing a unique level of support that places an emphasis on responsibility, respect, and compassion. Please note that training for each individual program is required prior to taking any shift for the different residential programs. A Relief Residential Support Staff can work 0- 37.50 hours a week depending on the needs of the individual residential programs. In this flexible position, you are not regularly scheduled to work, have no set shifts, and staff will be called on to cover shifts that are day shifts, early evening shifts, night shifts or graveyard shifts.
