About The Position

This position is the first point of contact for visitors to the office. Greeting and directing visitors at the company’s administrative offices. The Relief Receptionist operates a multi-line phone system, directing calls to all dental office locations and administrative departments. Provide administrative support to multiple departments as requested.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required OR equivalent combination of education and experience which will provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.

Nice To Haves

  • Two or more years work experience in an office or corporate reception work environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate multi-line (Teams) phone system. Warmly direct calls to appropriate office locations and administrative departments.
  • Greet and direct visitors and guests at the company’s administrative offices.
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
  • Maintain and update all changes to the corporate phone directory and phone system on the intranet.
  • Maintain and update the official company calendar on the intranet.
  • Provide back-up support for mailroom.
  • Provide assistance in UPS shipments.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Eligible employees will accrue a minimum of 120 PTO hours per employment year in addition to seven paid holidays annually.
