Requirements

• Hardworking and detail-oriented.
• Ability to operate machinery safely.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in various stages of milk processing and packaging operations.
• Monitor production lines and perform quality checks.
• Ensure all products meet strict standards for safety and freshness.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Prioritize efficient changeovers to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) scores.
• Provide timely breaks and coverage for operators.
• Learn and understand equipment across various departments.
• Safely operate machinery while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Albertsons Safety Policies.
• Assist with the facility's training program and foster skill development among team members.
• Fulfill other tasks assigned by your supervisor or manager.
