About The Position
Lakeview Center provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies and intellectual disabilities. Across Northwest Florida, our services range from residential treatment to outpatient counseling, psychiatry, trauma care, treatments for substance misuse and 24/7 support for those with serious mental illnesses. Learn more at eLakeviewCenter.org. The Pharmacy Technician will demonstrate complete familiarity with community pharmacy operations including computer applications and inventory control. Help patients who are dropping off or picking up prescription orders. Complete Pharmacy filing (prescriptions, reports, etc.). Enter prescription orders into the computer. Create and update patient's health and insurance information in the computer. Salary range for this position is $17.50 - $18.75 per hour. Work hours will be Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (3-4 days per week)
Requirements
- Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician with State of Florida.
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
Responsibilities
