About The Position
The Merchandiser - Large Store Relief duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building displays, replenishing inventory on the customer’s shelves, racks, and cold equipment. Your day will involve relieving Merchandiser routes, training Merchandisers, presenting established and effective merchandising training methods, selling and executing at store level, ensuring proper care of equipment and Company/customer assets daily, rotating and replenishing products in customer outlets, maintaining product integrity, organizing and collecting any breakage or out of date product, providing feedback and recommendations to leadership, working in partnership with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all customers, and performing appropriate duties as assigned by management.
