Responsibilities: As a Relief Hallperson, you will be responsible for: Delivering items such as newspapers, dry-cleaning, packages, groceries, and other items to residents and guests. Operating the service elevator. Assisting the Resident Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Condominium. Performing Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed. Assisting in the transport of luggage and groceries to and from units and other areas. Providing 5-star customer service. Performing other duties as assigned QualificationsRequirements: If you: Enjoy delivering excellent customer service. Have a professional and friendly demeanor. Can communicate well with others and work as a part of a team. Are able to complete multiple tasks in an organized manner. Respond quickly to requests from guests, residents, and your team. Maintain confidentiality for our guests and residents. Then you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a Hallperson at a luxury hotel or residential building and a basic knowledge of building systems, computers, and the community-at-large is preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus! This is a Relief Position which may require working overnight and/or weekend shifts. Pay & Benefits: Pay ranges from $22.34 - $29.79 per hour depending on experience.
