About The Position

Creamland has immediate job openings for dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations. Relief drivers cover any routes necessary due to the regularly assigned driver not being available, such as paid time off. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 or more years of experience driving a tractor trailer, straight truck, or doubles trailer, within the last 5 years preferred
Must meet minimum age requirements
Must meet DFA requirements for Motor Vehicle Records
Must meet all DOT requirements
Certification and/or License – valid Class A CDL; some drivers may be required to have a doubles endorsement; license or operator’s permit for at least the three years immediately prior to application
Knowledge of DOT procedures, rules, and requirements
Skill in proficient computer usage
Skill with math for calculating load size and recording accurate volume/weight measurements
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Able to contribute to the positive performance behaviors through personal example
Able to be proactive in seeking solutions and taking appropriate steps to solve problems
Able to work in collaboration effectively and foster good teamwork
