Requirements

You have a certification in Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Management, or equivalent credentials
You have an associate degree or technical diploma in engineering technology, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field
You have 2-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or reliability engineering, ideally within a relevant industry sector
You are proficient in using CMMS systems and diagnostic tools, with a solid understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
You are knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration across teams
You are detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong documentation skills and a methodical approach to work

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
Utilize diagnostic tools and data analysis techniques to monitor equipment health and identify potential issues early
Analyze failure modes and support root cause investigations, implementing corrective actions to improve performance
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to develop and execute reliability improvement plans
Document and report maintenance activities and equipment performance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
Maintain inventory of essential spare parts and tools, supporting efficient maintenance operations
Participate in safety and risk assessments, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practices
Stay current with industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge and mentoring team members to foster continuous improvement
