About The Position
The position involves ensuring the overall safety of the work environment and compliance with various standards including company, client, and OSHA regulations. The role requires performing Behavioral Safety Observations and Job Safety Analysis as needed, maintaining a clean and secure work area, and collecting and analyzing data in accordance with company best practices. The individual will work closely with Senior Reliability Specialists to report results clearly and concisely, assist in program setup, and maintain technology databases. Communication with clients regarding company deliverables and internal reporting is also a key responsibility. The role includes training on safety and human resource policies, and the ability to work on-call and off-shift as required.
