About The Position
The Maintenance Reliability Technician is responsible for performing regular preventive maintenance inspections and tasks on manufacturing equipment. This role involves conducting predictive maintenance testing using various diagnostic tools such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and oil analysis. The technician will analyze equipment performance data to identify potential failures before they occur and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. Additionally, the technician will document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), develop and implement reliability improvement initiatives, and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. The technician will also create and update maintenance procedures and technical documentation and train operators on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance.
