Key duties include monitoring and analyzing project outcomes, coordinating with focus teams, and maintaining project schedules. Additionally, this role ensures that maintenance and reliability strategies are properly implemented and executed by plant operations, including scheduling and adherence to best practices.

  • Facilitate improvement initiatives, including focus teams and plant reliability meetings, to drive operational excellence.
  • Implement and refine Predictive Maintenance techniques based on equipment failure analysis to optimize reliability and reduce waste.
  • Conduct audits for maintenance and operations disciplines, ensuring adherence to asset strategies, CMMS processes, and best practices.
  • Lead Root-Cause Analysis activities to diagnose complex equipment issues and improve long-term reliability.
  • Develop and manage the asset maintenance plan, including preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, overhauls, and spare parts strategies.
  • Coordinate and optimize maintenance scheduling, ensuring maximum resource utilization and efficiency in planned work execution.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role involving plant equipment, reliability or planning in operations and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of building construction and the operation of building systems is preferred.
