About The Position
PotlatchDeltic is seeking qualified applicants to join our team and fill a Reliability Manager position onsite at the Gwinn Lumber Mill. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent and optimal performance of equipment, systems, and processes by implementing proactive maintenance strategies, analyzing failure trends, and fostering a culture of reliability. The Reliability Manager drives continuous improvement, reduces downtime, and enhances operational efficiency, ensuring the safety, quality, and sustainability of mill assets. The salary range for this position is $84,825.00 - $141,375.00. The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is bonus eligible with a target value of 10% of salary.
