About The Position

As the Reliability Maintenance Supervisor, you will supervise Maintenance Technicians and Electro-Mechanics. You will be responsible for planning and execution of maintenance activities that support Engines Assembly, Engines Machining, and/or Home Energy operations. Focus areas include preventative maintenance, team leadership, and continuous improvement. You will oversee the work order system for emergencies, planned, and project activities, and ensures training requirements are met for safety and associate development. Location: Hattiesburg Engines Specific Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of up to 20, ensuring strong communication, engagement, and accountability. Drive preventative maintenance (TPM) strategies to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Use CMMS (SAP preferred) to manage and track maintenance work orders in real time. Monitor equipment performance, using KPIs to identify and address root causes. Partner with Engineering, Production, and Facilities to support process improvements and automation projects. Manage repair parts, spares, and supply usage with a focus on cost savings and reliability. Ensure safety, compliance, and training standards are consistently met.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience with preventative maintenance and CMMS.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
  • Technical training in hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
