About The Position

The position involves supporting the engineering group by identifying and resolving machine failures and suboptimal performance through the creation of work orders, machine analysis, engineering studies, predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis. The role also includes preparing detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor software, applying knowledge of industrial control systems and electromechanical systems/principles to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing machine issues, and supporting all company safety objectives through modification or redesign of equipment. Additionally, the candidate will provide design and project management support to the Engineering and Maintenance Team and work with third parties to outsource fabrications and procure necessary parts or materials.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering
• Clear written and verbal communication for reporting findings and collaborating with cross functional teams
• Attention to detail specifically with data analysis and documentation
• Working effectively and team collaboration with all departments

Nice To Haves

• Coursework in reliability engineering, statistics, or quality control is a plus
