About The Position

The position involves supporting the engineering group by identifying and resolving machine failures and suboptimal performance. This includes creating work orders, conducting machine analysis, performing engineering studies, engaging in predictive maintenance, and executing root cause analysis. The role also requires preparing detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor software, applying knowledge of industrial control systems and electromechanical systems to troubleshoot ongoing machine issues, and supporting company safety objectives through equipment modification or redesign. Additionally, the position provides design and project management support to the Engineering and Maintenance Team and involves working with third parties to outsource fabrications and procure necessary parts or materials.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering
• Clear written and verbal communication for reporting findings and collaborating with cross functional teams
• Attention to detail specifically with data analysis and documentation
• Working effectively and team collaboration with all departments

Nice To Haves

• Coursework in reliability engineering, statistics, or quality control is a plus
