Requirements

  • Experience in industrial environments.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Proficiency in reliability tools and methodologies.
  • Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, Power BI, or statistical software.
  • Ability to interpret failure data and develop actionable insights.
  • Skilled in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in planning and executing reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with maintenance, production, and engineering teams.
  • Capable of presenting technical findings and recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support maintenance on complex repair issues.
  • Provide documentation and training to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Investigate alternatives to high-cost wear items and repair parts, including substitutions, new materials, and methods.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on repetitive equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement and support predictive technologies to reduce unplanned downtime, including procedures and documentation.
  • Develop and optimize preventative maintenance programs, ensuring correct tasks and frequencies are documented and followed.
  • Assist engineering with equipment modifications, new designs, and capital project justifications.
  • Champion and educate benefits of predictive maintenance across multiple technical and operational departments.
