The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Reliability Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the factory's production equipment to ensure stable operation and enhanced Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans, inspection standards, and maintenance documents for the facilities and production equipment. Formulate maintenance plans for large equipment and safety analysis (JSA) plans for major operations; participate in emergency handling and root cause analysis of equipment failures. Actively participate in EHS training and activities and implement the company's safety policies; ensure that the management of special equipment and energy usage comply with regulations and internal standards. Monitor the operation status of the production systems, and through data analysis and minor improvements, continuously enhance equipment efficiency, reliability, and energy conservation. Assist in setting reasonable safety stock levels for spare parts, ensuring accurate part numbers and timely supply; participate in the inspection and management of auxiliary equipment. Maintain and update equipment technical files, maintenance records, operation manuals, etc., ensuring the accuracy and traceability of documents. Complete other equipment management tasks assigned by superiors and provide necessary technical guidance to new employees or colleagues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Two (2) years of experience in Plant Engineering, Manufacturing Operations or Utility Plant Operations in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Two (2) years of project experience in mechanical system installation and/or maintenance in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university
  • Two (2) years of experience in Building Automation Systems (programing, graphics, data analysis)
  • Experience in utility distribution with steam and/or chilled water
  • Be proficient in use of project management skills for developing timelines, budgets, and coordination of activities
  • Be proficient creating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word documents
  • Be proficient at using electronic tools for design, documentation, and communication
  • Function as a team player with the ability to contribute in a matrix environment
