About the Role: As a CBRE Reliability Engineer, you will monitor, analyze, and resolve system and infrastructure problems of mission-critical operational systems, specifically HVAC ( Exhaust Fans, Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs,), pumps, boilers, water systems, air compressors, etc. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You'll Do: Provide specialized technical support to the site for mechanical equipment and fixed assets, including troubleshooting and diagnosing complex problems within mechanical systems such as HVAC System, water systems, pressure vessels, boilers, lifting equipment, and any other utility system Work with engineering and operations teams to perform the evaluation of assets. Develop risk management plans that will anticipate reliability-related and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operations. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore routine technical service and equipment problems. Identify faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures. Ensure all established policies and procedures are maintained. Maintain documentation of routine maintenance schedules, system configurations, applications, and technical reference materials. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions. Exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams. Work within broad guidelines and policies. Explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus and convinces to reach agreement.
