Requirements

• 2 years of undergraduate studies working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in data analysis preferred.
• Experience in the automotive/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA/Safety standards and practices preferred.
• Deploying a practice, training in a tool or methodology, leading problem solving or other applied leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate current manufacturing processes to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, and communicate and conduct training on improvements.
• Analyze best practices and develop manufacturing processes to achieve plant objectives through problem-solving.
• Manage systems and process controls, documentation of projects and standard work instructions, and area tools and equipment.
• Assist reliability team in processing, developing and implementing data process systems.
• Assist reliability team in other various operations productivity improvement or special projects
• Assist reliability team in processing, quoting, implementing, launching, and maintaining engineering changes, collaborate with other areas, and provide shop floor support.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required; position is subject to change as the needs of the department change.
