About The Position
As a Reliability Coordinator at MISO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliable operation of the Bulk Electric System. This position is based in Eagan, MN, and requires a proactive approach to managing the complexities of the electricity grid. You will be responsible for conducting continuous analysis based on changing data and models, making necessary adjustments to mitigate potential risks to MISO and its stakeholders. Your work will directly impact over 45 million people by helping to ensure they have a consistent supply of electricity. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other operators to resolve transmission congestion and maintain the reliable operation of the interconnection on a 24/7 basis.
