What You Will Be Doing -Perform reliability and maintainability allocations and generate accurate predictions for new systems. -Develop and analyze Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) to identify and mitigate risks early in the design cycle. -Create mission‑success and system‑reliability analyses that drive design decisions and ensure operational readiness. -Support FRACAS activities, capturing field failures, performing root‑cause analysis, and driving corrective actions. -Conduct Maintenance Task Analyses (MTA) and assist with maintainability demonstrations to verify supportability requirements. -Participate in testability evaluations and demonstrations, ensuring designs can be efficiently verified and validated. -Apply key R&M standards (MIL‑HDBK‑338, MIL‑HDBK‑472, MIL‑STD‑2155, MIL‑HDBK‑217F) to all analyses and documentation. -Communicate technical findings clearly, building trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. -Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), program management, suppliers, and customers on all R&M aspects of assigned systems, fostering a seamless multi‑disciplinary environment.
