Reliability Analyst - Checkproof Deployment

About The Position

What You’ll Be Doing Lead the rollout of the CheckProof digital checklist and maintenance tool across quarry sites. Configure accounts, users, and simple workflows to support day‑to-day operational needs. Train and support site teams to use the app for inspections, maintenance reporting, and compliance tasks. Monitor adoption, resolve basic issues, and encourage consistent use to strengthen reliability and safety. Review CheckProof data to identify trends and share clear insights with operational leaders. Collaborate with internal groups to enhance preventive maintenance processes and tool integrations. Coordinate with CheckProof support and internal teams to ensure smooth system alignment, including SAP. Requirements

  • Experience with quarry operations or similar industrial environments.
  • Ability to learn and apply digital tools to support operational workflows.
  • Strong communication and training skills across various user groups.
  • Proficiency using office tools such as Excel and Teams to support tracking and collaboration.
  • Capacity to travel up to 40% to quarry locations as needed.
  • Comfort working with maintenance and operational systems like CMMS or SAP PM.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and preventive maintenance practices.
