About The Position
The Release Train Engineer (RTE) will lead a technical Scaled Agile train supporting Power Platform development. This role involves empowering teams, facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) events, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The RTE will coach teams in Agile processes, support self-organization, resolve impediments, and drive continuous improvement to maximize value delivery. The ideal candidate will also perform Scrum Master and Project Manager duties as needed, demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading technical projects.
