About The Position

What You Can Expect: Responsible for managing electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely documentation. Verify, import, prep, scan, and maintain patient health information in the electronic medical record. Validate completeness of medical record content and notify providers of any deficiencies. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies through record reviews. Assign documentation deficiencies to appropriate providers and track completion status. Monitor work queues for indexing and maintaining accurate electronic health records. Process requests and release medical records for continuity of care, adhering to privacy standards. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year experience.
