About The Position
Fairview Health Services is hiring a Release of Information - Health Information Management Representative II for our University West Bank Campus, Southdale Hospital and or Healtheast hospital for our ROI Office. Mobile work, onsite 3 days a week/remote 2 days a week! This position is responsible for HIM functions supporting the completeness, integrity, and privacy of medical record documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
