About The Position

At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything. Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal. IM Transcend is a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 7+ major global ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance. The Manager, Release Data Lead is a key execution role within the global SAP S/4HANA transformation program, responsible for coordinating and delivering all data and workflow deployment activities for a specific release wave. This role is deeply involved in data mapping, cleansing coordination, migration cycles, workflow validation, issue resolution, testing support, cutover execution, and hypercare stabilization. It requires solid SAP data experience, strong delivery discipline, and excellent collaboration skills across business and IT stakeholders in a global, regulated environment.
