Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.)
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.
• Ability to see and hear, write and speak English.
• Ability to type repetitive keystrokes.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• processing cash transactions
• opening deposit, savings and credit card accounts
• discussing loan and retirement products
• build meaningful relationships with our members to discover their needs and provide a superior level of customer service and expertise
