Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration (Must be at least 21 years of age)
• Ability to use a multi-line telephone and computer.

Nice To Haves

• Previous casino marketing or casino telemarketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successfully booking incremental business through the systematic use of the telephone.
• Verifying and obtaining pertinent client information, booking appropriate reservations, promoting brand loyalty, establishing a relationship for future marketing endeavors, and regular follow up with clients.
• Responsible for the daily organization and filing of telemarketing logs, databases, client information, and reservations.
