We’re looking for a client-centric individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining effective relationships with existing customers within their portfolio to ensure Element wins repeat business and maintains and grows revenue by executing on: proactive client renewals (RFPs), pricing optimization, and share of wallet opportunities. This position is a critical component of achieving growth objectives, relationship retention, and building consistently superior client experience.
