Develop and execute programs to build and strengthen external relationships with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and community partners to support organizational growth. Collaborate with service line and hospital leadership to identify opportunities, implement pipeline development initiatives, and promote organizational services, providers, and partner networks. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships through data-driven outreach, conducting needs assessments and delivering tailored solutions to enhance partner experience and utilization. Create and manage growth plans by tracking performance, identifying barriers, and aligning partner feedback with organizational goals to drive business development outcomes.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
