Requirements

  • Technical level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field
  • 3–5 years of commercial lending or credit experience, preferably in a community banking environment
  • Strong financial and credit analysis skills, including understanding of tax returns, financial statements, and cash flow analysis
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and develop new business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of loan regulations, documentation, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial lending software
