About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.
3–5 years of commercial lending or credit experience, preferably in a community banking environment.
Strong financial and credit analysis skills, including understanding of tax returns, financial statements, and cash flow analysis.
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and develop new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of loan regulations, documentation, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial lending software.
