We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Relationship Manager to join our Retention & Growth team. The right candidate will have a good mix of account management & sales skills focused on retaining and growing our existing client base as well as targeted and focused outreach of potential new commercial clients and residential brokerages. This role will focus on managing onboarding, educating agents, managing brokers, transaction coordinators, or real estate office leaders on our partnerships, and drive engagement and retention efforts. This role involves direct communication with agents, team leaders, brokerages, marketing contacts, & executives ensuring they are informed, supported, and utilizing our services effectively. This role also requires ~40-60% of their time spent prospecting for new brokerage partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience in client relations and/or sales and is passionate about helping real estate agents succeed.
