The Relationship Manager Associate at Capital One is responsible for cultivating strong partnerships with dealerships and sales managers while providing high-level customer service to the Auto Finance business. This role involves influencing 60-80 dealerships, making outbound calls to capture business, and being the first line of contact for issues in underwriting and funding. The Relationship Manager will strategically analyze dealership territories and adjust plans to achieve target goals.

  • Cultivate positive relationships with dealerships.
  • Optimize communication skills by creating strategic deals and goals with dealerships over the phone.
  • Review the structure in underwriting for Capital One Auto Finance (COAF).
  • Guide the deals in-house for funding.
  • Analyze territory production goals.
  • Partner successfully with peers and teammates to achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services or Business to Business Sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business.
  • 2+ years experience in Auto Finance.
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Relations.
  • 5+ years experience in Customer Service.
