This includes onboarding new HNW households in coordination with PWCs, external financial advisors, and in collaboration with PCS Senior Business Leaders. You will facilitate and advance opportunities with Advisors and the Capital Group salesforce members that support them. This includes tracking opportunities, creating proposals, and working to ensure Advisors and clients experience exceptional service. You will be responsible for accurate and compliant oversight, handoff and tracking of Advisor, client, and account activities. “I am the person Capital Group is looking for.” You have outstanding professional experience and industry knowledge, including knowledge of HNW planning issues, and you demonstrate strong sales and service acumen. You are results oriented, working successfully as an induvial or in a team to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner, and you are able to anticipate downstream impacts of decisions. You are a credible and influential, instilling trust through self-confident interactions and in-depth financial and business acumen. You are agile and entrepreneurial, able to anticipate and deliver on the needs of a sophisticated, and fast-paced business and possess the ability to simultaneously balance a wide range of projects. You are collaborative with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes. You are tech savvy and able to quickly develop expertise on external/TAMP technology including proposal generation, account maintenance, and stay abreast of enhancements.
