The Relationship Manager position is part of the Direct Distribution - Direct Sales Force department and reports directly to the Sales Manager. The role involves achieving business targets on ANP and case count, acquiring new customers, and providing post-sales service to allocated customers. The incumbent will work closely with the supervisor to strategize and implement sales plans, ensuring compliance with internal sales processes and policies.

  • Achieve the set business targets on ANP and case count
  • Acquire new customers through leads, natural market references, and orphan base
  • Fix meetings with prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products
  • Implement and adhere to the Need Based Selling Model
  • Up-sell and cross-sell the orphan base of customers allocated
  • Ensure timely issuance of policies by resolving pending issues
  • Render prompt post-sales service to all allocated customers
  • Adhere to customer touch-point engagement to service the portfolio of customers
  • Maintain the desired persistency ratio
  • Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering business numbers
  • Conduct joint sales calls with the supervisor when required
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets
  • Adhere to the activity management framework advised
  • Follow up on database/leads provided by the Lead Management System
  • Update the Lead Management System on a daily basis
  • Provide timely reports to the Supervisor/Area Manager as per requirement
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales processes
  • Participate in risk mitigation plans and business continuity programs
  • Graduate degree
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good attitude and clear communication skills in local language and basic English
  • Basic mathematics skills for percentage calculations
