Work closely with cash management implementation team, Cash Sales Managers, Underwriting / Risk teams, Markets experts and RM Associates daily. Coordinate with Product and Investment Banking coverage to deliver Product solutions while at the same time sponsoring any credit requirements with CCB's risk and underwriting teams. Manage customers and transactions in the CRM platform Sound knowledge of banking, treasury / lending / markets products and processes, as well as a solid track record of providing banking and financial advice and solutions to clients Meaningful experience in structuring and approving credit solutions across different risk profiles. Experience with offshore credit is preferred but not required Ability to coordinate multi-functional teams to provide an exceptional client experience Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (e.g., negotiation, consultative skills, leadership) Highly focused, able to rapidly identify key priorities, clearly communicate the priorities Accountable for significant direct business results and provide advice regarding the operations and growth of the business A proactive approach in looking for ways to develop new and strengthen existing business relationships with clients, delivers a simple, secure, and seamless client experience Ability to embrace new technology and understand the role digital plays in the experience that we deliver for our clients Must have a sharp business development focus and demonstrate innovative approaches Able to quickly adapt priorities based on the latest data insights Demonstrate thought leadership.
