As a Relationship Manager III within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Chicago IL or Minneapolis MN, or Milwaukee WI or Indianapolis IN or St. Louis MO or Cleveland OH. This role will be covering the upper Midwest. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion. Our services sit at the critical intersection of deal mechanics and stakeholder alignment providing protection, transparency, and simplicity for all parties in a transaction. With an experienced team, we serve as a neutral third party to hold funds, manage post-close disbursements, and represent shareholder interests across a variety of transaction structures. Position Description Lead partnership strategy and new business acquisition across our core product set including Shareholder Representative Services, Escrow Agent, and Paying Agent. Cultivate deep relationships with M&A advisors, law firms, deal parties, family offices, private equity, and/or venture capital firms. Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and market presence. Success in this role requires collaboration and alignment with the broader team. You will work closely with sales colleagues, as well as partners across product, legal, operations, and banking partners.
