Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for high-level government and private sector partners, ensuring strong communication, collaboration, and alignment across initiatives. This role involves developing strategic processes, managing partner relationships, and supporting executive-level engagements. The position requires extensive experience navigating complex environments, providing expert recommendations, and delivering clear, professional communications to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be a United States Citizen and present proof of Citizenship, if selected
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience
  • Experience working at the highest levels of government organizations or private sector corporations (Capitol Hill, Pentagon, DHS, etc)
  • Experience providing expertise and customer service to customers and stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on communicating detailed analysis, recommendation to customers, and executive-level briefings
  • Demonstration of political savvy, ability to navigate difficult conversations, and clear understanding of information boundaries. Experience working independently and in collaborative environments
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Candidates must hold and maintain an active Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for a specific group of internal and external partners.
  • Build knowledge of government and private sector processes
  • Appropriately direct partner questions or concerns to proper POCs
  • Identify and anticipate potential connections or impacts to assigned partner group and working with management to message and/or address issues that arise
  • Partner with other units to draft executive and high-profile materials, communications, products, etc.
  • Gather and analyze partner feedback and input using electronic/telephonic surveys
  • Analyze and craft recommendations around new processes/policies/tools based on feedback
  • Develop and implement business processes to include but not be limited to membership, vetting, field partner identification, communication flows, and private sector campaign proposals
  • Attend and support executive and high-profile in-person events and webinars.
  • Brief senior leaders and executives on program status
  • Draft professional, polished, and effective written messaging to internal and external stakeholders
