As a Relationship Manager III within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Chicago IL or Minneapolis MN, or Milwaukee WI or Indianapolis IN or St. Louis MO or Cleveland OH. This role will be covering the upper Midwest. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.

Requirements

  • Typically works with clients with advanced levels of risk and complexity of needs.
  • Creates and drives strategy to acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Handles the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
  • Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients.
  • Actively identifies and mitigates different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
  • Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
  • Drives client engagement and loyalty.
  • Generates ideas and best practices within Relationship Management and may mentor others.
  • Manages effective network of senior internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
  • Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk for the most complex credit requests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead partnership strategy and new business acquisition across our core product set including Shareholder Representative Services, Escrow Agent, and Paying Agent.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with M&A advisors, law firms, deal parties, family offices, private equity, and/or venture capital firms.
  • Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and market presence.
  • Build & Maintain a Partner Ecosystem.
  • Development of a calling effort and strategic plan.
  • Educate & Influence.
  • Originate and Close new business.
  • Client Management & Reporting.
  • Contribute to the organization’s growth through referrals, new product/use case development.
