As a Relationship Manager within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in our Houston Market. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. This role involves handling relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share, with relevant sales goals. The position typically works with clients with basic levels of risk and complexity of needs, generally with a higher degree of supervision. The Relationship Manager will acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet, and handle the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services. They will manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating various types of risk. The role focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights, increasing client engagement and loyalty, and building an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire and expand clients. The manager is expected to present the full range of PNC's products and services and leverage reporting and sales tools to convert sales opportunities. They must also demonstrate the ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies. PNC employees are expected to be Customer Focused and adept at Managing Risk.

Responsibilities

  • Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
