About The Position

The Relationship Manager at Capital One is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships with auto dealerships while providing exceptional customer service to the internal Auto Finance business. This role involves influencing 60-80 dealerships, making outbound calls to capture business, and serving as the first line of contact for issues related to underwriting and funding. The Relationship Manager will strategically analyze dealership territories and adjust plans to meet production goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services or Business to Business Sales.

• 2+ years experience in Auto Finance.
• 2+ years experience in Customer Relations.
• 5+ years experience in Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate positive relationships with dealerships.
• Optimize communication skills by creating strategic deals and goals with dealerships over the phone.
• Review the structure in underwriting for Capital One Auto Finance (COAF).
• Guide the deals in-house for funding.
• Analyze territory production goals.
• Partner successfully with peers and teammates to achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
