As part of the Customer Contact Center, the Relationship Growth & Engagement Specialist will support and expand the relationship with our customers through cross-selling bank products and services to both new and existing relationships. This position will also function as support for the Contact Center team as needed, all while exemplifying superior customer service and keeping to the highest standards of courtesy, professionalism, empathy and problem solving.
